Responsibilities and Duties:

• We train you
• Sales Consultants/Associates/Professionals spend time with customers to determine their wants and discusses vehicle options
• Representatives commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology

• Enjoy working with people
• Sales Representatives test drive vehicles to demonstrate industry leading features
• Follow up with prospective customers and return email / voicemail
• Support customers schedules by setting appointments
• Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate more business.
• Follow a process

Qualifications and Skills:

• Confident and sharp personality, process driven
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships (i.e., a “people person")
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through
• Valid driver's license

Employees can make more money , it is a commission month and minimum guarantee per month is 2k.'
